Mia Morrisis now an Ancestor.
We are devastated to learn of the sudden passing of Mia Morris on March 7, 2026. Mia was a kind and dedicated #SABIFF team-fam member the past 5 years. She was such a bright light with a heart of gold; a volunteer committed to service, with a knack for con-necting people to positivity. Beyond that, a beloved daughter, mother and grandmother, Mia fully lived out her passions — education, youth development, volunteerism, counseling & of course Latin music & dance!
We at #SABIFF are sooo Blessed that Mia chose to be a part of our Black film village. Deepest condolences to all who were blessed to have her in their lives, her extended network of family & friends. We will greatly miss #MiaMorris beyond words. R.I.P. |
